Program description
LAX Electrical LLC sends text messages to customers and people who request our services. Messages may include estimate follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival ("on my way") notifications, job and service updates, invoices, payment reminders, and replies to your questions.
How you opt in
You agree to receive text messages from LAX Electrical LLC when you provide your mobile number and consent to texts, for example by checking the text message consent box on a request form on our website, or by giving us permission when you call, text, or meet with us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service activity, such as the number of quotes, appointments, and invoices you have with us.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. LAX Electrical LLC does not charge for text messages.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any text message from us at any time to stop receiving text messages. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.
After you opt out, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START to the same number.

Carrier disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier's network and is not guaranteed.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission, to receive text messages from us. If you change or give up your mobile number, please let us know.
